To add a new AWS service, update the reviewed pricing catalogue definition for the AWS offer code, service category, MAP eligibility, service-level program flags, exception notes, and default refresh list if required, then run an AWS pricing refresh. Catalogue rows can preserve multiple AWS price dimensions per SKU; Inventory cost calculations still require service-specific sizing inputs and deterministic pricing-engine support. The calculator input column shows which services can be priced by the inventory engine today and which explicit sizing inputs are required when server/storage fields are not enough. Service-level MAP flags are displayed for transparency; notes-column and SKU-level exceptions from AWS source documents are surfaced as metadata and handled by downstream funding enforcement.
